· $50 Deposit (nonrefundable and applied to your meat total) required to reserve a half of pork.

· $175-$225: *Estimated* meat total (your deposit is applied to this total). We will let you know your meat total within a few days of your pig being taken into the processor. The remainder of your meat total is paid to us before you pick your pork up from the processor.

· $125-$150: *Estimated* basic processing total. Basic processing includes bacon, ham, chops, roasts, and ground sausage. Other specialty products can be made but it will increase your cost. You will pay the processing directly to the processor when you pick your pork up.

We deliver the pig, you call in your cutting instructions, and you will be notified when your pork is ready!
